Another quarter has come and gone, meaning there’s a new G2 report to celebrate. As the largest and most trusted software marketplace with nearly two million software reviews, G2 reports are kind of a big deal. And we’re excited to share Formstack has been recognized with multiple G2 awards.
As 2022 came to a close, G2 released its G2 Winter 2023 Reports. We are excited to announce once again that Formstack has been named a Leader in many of these reports. In total, G2 released 12,363 reports, which include 14,090 products across 967 categories.
Formstack’s Forms, Documents, and Sign products were all recognized as market leaders and report winners. In fact, our products were recognized 34 times! Here’s a glance at some of the awards Formstack received this past quarter.

Formstack Forms G2 Winter 2023 Awards
Our Forms product received 12 outstanding awards in the most recent G2 reports. It was recognized as a Leader across nine different G2 Grids against 238 online form building tools. Here’s just a few of the Grids Forms was highlighted in:
What is a G2 Grid report?
G2 scores products based on reviews gathered from real users, as well as data aggregated from online sources and social networks. Together, these scores are mapped on G2’s proprietary Grid system, which can be used to compare products, streamline the buying process, and quickly identify the best products based on the experiences of peers.
Forms Awards
Formstack was not only recognized as a Leader across various G2 Grids, but received various awards as well. These include Easiest Doing Business With for No-Code Development Platforms, Best Meets Requirements, and Easiest Doing Business With for Rapid Application Development (RAD).

Forms has more than 300 reviews on G2, with an average rating of 4.4 out of 5 stars. In a recent review, Phil, a mid-market company COO, said: “Formstack gives me nearly absolute control over the look and feel of my forms. G2 recognized Sign with 11 different awards in its Winter 2023 Reports. In the general category of E-Signature, Sign was recognized with the awards of Best Results, Most Implementable, and Best Usability.
In the mid-market category, it was recognized as Easiest Setup, Highest User Adoption, Users Most Likely to Recommend, Easiest Admin, and Easiest to Use. In the small business category, it brought in awards for Most Implementable, Best Results, and Best Usability.

Formstack Sign has close to 350 reviews on G2, with an average rating of 4.9 out of 5. Many customers note the product’s ease of use, reliability, and cost savings in their reviews.
