Admin Release March 2022

Updates for Formstack's Admin experience were made to require at least one admin per account and removing support for Internet Explorer across the Formstack platform.

  • Added the ability for Platform Plan trial admins to downgrade to a single or multi-app plan at purchase.
  • Bugs Fixed
  • Fixed a bug that prevented the ‘Add Additional Usage’ button to display on the ‘Manage Your Plan’ page of paid accounts using the Admin Panel Billing page.
  • Fixed some broken support documentation links in the Admin Panel.

  • Began requiring accounts to have at least one admin user per app (Forms, Docs, Sign, Copilot)
  • Removed support for Internet Explorer (all versions) across the Formstack platform
  • Added the ability to redirect users logging in via SSO directly to the IdP login page when accessing Formstack apps (when forcing login through SSO only)
